AIJK series phase shift trigger uses single-chip technology, which is suitable for various kinds of industrial electric furnaces with load such as resistance wires, silicon carbon rods, silicon molybdenum rods and tungsten wires with transformers, and can also be used for motor soft start control.

FUNCTIONS AND FEATURES

   ● 0~20mA(0~5V)/ 4~20mA(1~5V) compatible input.

● The linearization power correction is performed by computer technology. When the load is resistive, the output power is proportional to the input signal.

● Feature automatic synchronization, phase loss detection, overcurrent detection and alarm function. AIJK3 also features thyristor breakdown and load open circuit detection.

    ● It adopts all-optical isolation which has high reliability and little interference to the input end.

● It contains a switching power supply, which can be directly powered by 220VAC power supply, and has two sets of DC power output of 5V and 24V.
